The Urban Redesign Project
The Urban Redesign project will enhance the look of Station Road East and West, making the town centre a more attractive place for shoppers and visitors.
The brainchild of the Love Oxted Business Improvement District and supported by Tandridge District Council, Surrey County Council and Coast to Capital Local Enterprise Partnership, this project will help support existing businesses and encourage new ones.
These conceptual designs, prepared for the Oxted BID by designers Greer Pritchard, include proposals for a market square, improved town centre layout, better access, more greenery, more seating and more attractive paving and surfacing.
